★★★★★“I have been staying at this hostel since November last year, up until yesterday there wasn't any issues regarding my stay. Everything was perfect up until today when i was waken up by the owner of the hostel. Firstly he was so rude & disrespectful towards me, "his guest" he asked whether i had a monthly booking of daily which at first i was so confused since he is the owner & he should knew his guests stay, well i said daily since i didn't book for monthly stay, i wanted to tell him that i have a booking till 27th of march but before i can say another word, he cut my off & told me to get out of the hostel. I was so confused at that time since i just woke up. He didn't let me explain the situation & keep demanding for me to leave without checking for any booking made under my name. he was so un accommodating, rude, disrespectful to a point i was being threatened the police would get involve if i didn't leave the premises "right now". that's what he said , quoted. After a long time staying at this place, suddenly comes this man without introducing himself, without checking the system for any booking under his guest name, decided it would be a great day to kick his guest that PAID for their stay out. Oh by what i said un accommodating, he showed no hospitality towards his guest. After i have been kicked out, I tried contacting his former partner that i would always deal with if there's any issues during my stay, which she was very accommodating, respectfully, totally opposite of what this man shown, told me that she no longer a partner but still tried to help & contact the guy, telling him that i still have a booking till 27th which in response he didn't say anything & which i assumed, i have been scammed & there's no point of me trying to justify that i have a booking to the owner since he's un willing to listen or give a damn. It was a great stay while Audrey was still managing the place but now it's a terrible, most un pleasant stay i had there. So if anyone thinking of staying here please note that you might get kicked out for no reasons although you have a booking. You will be denied of any proves or explanations, you will be yell at, no respect or hospitality will be given, None.”
